Houdini hatches have a worldwide reputation for robust construction, quality and economic pricing. The hatch is supplied with safety bars and comes complete with 2 casement handles for effective and positive closing and a built-in ventilation stay. With an above deck height of a mere 25mm, these hatches are extremely streamlined and cause minimum obstruction on deck.

Frames are construced from marine grade aluminium. All joints are sealed against the ingress of water and the hatches are glazed with 6mm tinted, toughened glass.

Seatite flush-fitting and watertight deck hatches are MCA Approved. They are manufactured from marine grade aluminium with stainless steel central locking bolt and strongback. The deck rings can be supplied as weld-on fabricated steel rings for welding directly into steel decks or as a cast aluminium or GRP decks.

The simple operation of these hatches make them suitable for use as access only or access/escape hatches in decks or bulk heads.

Roundtype supplied in 3 sizes: 400, 500 or 600mm in weld-in or bolt-in versions.
