Forsheda mooring compensators remove the snatch load on a vessel's cleats, fittings and the mooring lines themselves, this ultimately reduces the risk of damage to fittings and mooring lined breakage. Around 90% of storm surge damage to boats in marinas is caused by breaking lines, which is where the innovative mooring compensators come to the rescue.

Forsheda is often copied but these are the originals, manufactured in EPDM long-lasting rubber compound. 

Available in four different sizes to accommodate lines up to 24mm, these mooring compensators are extremely easy to fit by simply threading the lines through the holes in eye ends and winding around the body of the Compensator The compensating movement can be varied by winding the line around the compensator a different number of turns.
