RETURNS 

We now offer FREE returns within the Rep. of Ireland and extended Return Dates so that you may buy your Christmas Shopping with confidence - Any items bought 17th September 2020 through to 24th December 2020 maybe returned for exchange or refund up to the 31st January 2021

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way. No problem, simply return the order and we'll be very happy to exchange or refund it. 

Please return the whole order or any items not required in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of you receiving your order. Refunds are issued including the delivery charge, excluding large Items, special purchase order and orders returned from outside of the island of Ireland) and within 3 days of receipt at our premises.  See special extended returned period above 

We now offer free returns in the Rep. of Ireland on all standard size parcels - Large item such as Kayaks, Masts , Anchors and Chain will incur a return shipping charge

How to set up a return

Please Login to your online account and select 'Orders' from the drop down menu in the 'Account 'Tab - Find the Order you wish to return, click 'Return items', complete and submit a Returns Form and you have complete the return notification. Wait for for the return to be authorised by us  before shipping back to us - You may track the status of your return by clicking 'Returns' in the 'Account' menu.

Returns from within the Rep. of Ireland

For standard parcels we use AN POST Courier Service - Please go to this web address:  https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns

Select CH Marine from the drop-down 'Retailers' menus and complete the procedure. Print the Returns Label, attach to the parcel and drop into your nearest post office. For large item returns ,see note below and please contact us so we can help arrange the most cost-effective means of return shipping.

Returns from outside Rep of Ireland

Returns from outside of the Rep of Ireland should be returned be pre-paid. The delivery charge is non-refundable - Please contacts our returns department who will gladly assist in ensuring the most economical return cost.

If you return an item because it is faulty or incorrectly supplied 

We will exchange or refund the item(s) in full including the delivery charge and we will refund the cost of returning the item to us, providing return carriage charges are agreed in advance - In most instances we will instruct our carrier to collect on our account.

Returns may be also dropped off at one of our CH Marine branches:

CORK: Frankfield Industrial Estate, Frankfield Road, Cork (opposite Hanleys Garden Centre)
SKIBBEREEN: Nautic House, Marsh Rd, Skibbereen, Co. Cork

Large item returns  (Items of excessive length ,weight or volume)

All items in this category from within or outside of Ireland should be returned carriage paid and we regret the delivery charge is non-refundable

PAYMENTS

We accept payments via PayPal and Debit and Credit Cards payments from most major banks. Credit & Debit Card payments are directed to one of our secure, payment gateway providers such REALEX or STRIPE. Here your card information is processed in the highest security, PCI DSS Level 1 compliant environment. CH Marine does not retain your credit card details in any form.

PRICES /CURRENCY

Prices are displayed as standard in Euro . Certain other currencies can be selected by choosing the 'Currency' from the drop-down tab at the top, right of the home page. Your regional IP Address may cause the currency to default to your local currency, if it is one of the currency options available 

EUR - Prices, when displayed in Euro are transacted in Euro

GBPPrices, when displayed in GBP (Sterling) are transacted in GBP.

All other Currencies  - Prices displayed in currencies other than Euro and GBP (Sterling) are converted at mid-market exchange rates and should be considered as a guide only. All payments are settled in Euros. Customers paying from non-Euro banks may ultimately find minor differences in the amount settled in their home country depending on the exchange rate applied by their own bank.

VAT

Vat Rates are determined by the delivery destination

Ireland & EU delivery addresses - VAT 23% applies
UK delivery addresses – VAT 20% applies
All Non-EU & UK delivery addresses VAT Zero Rate applies
Note: Most Children’s clothing is VAT Zero Rated
For EU Business Customers submitting orders with valid EU Vat numbers, VAT is zero rated.

BACK ORDERS

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

WARRANTY

All goods supplied are covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty. If an item is faulty, please return it to us with a covering letter. We will then arrange to either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer. APPLICABLE LAW

We have a passion to achieve the best in customer service and promise to work tirelessly to resolve any differences which may occur between you, the customer and we, as the supplier in the rare event that we are unable to reconcile a dispute of any nature, please understand the Laws of the Republic of Ireland will apply.
