Telephone Sales & Customer Services Agent (Cork City)
CH Marine is one of Ireland's leading marine equipment suppliers in both the retail and wholesale sectors. We are presently seeking applications for a Telephone Sales and Customer Services agent to join our busy team in Cork city. This is an all-year-round full-time position in a progressive company and will suit candidates, who enjoy responsibility, being part of a team and working in a fast paced and busy environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing numerous incoming calls
- Basic telephone and online sales management
- CRM
- Provide escalation of service & delivery
Skills required:
- Knowledge and experience in a busy customer service position for at least 2 years
- Knowledge and experience of sales and invoicing platforms
- Ability to manage large numbers of incoming calls and queries
- Excellent organisational skills and accountability
- Ability to maintain high standards of friendly professionalism
- Knowledge of the marine industry an advantage but not essential
Work hours
40-hours per week based around operating days of Monday to Friday.

- Reporting to Department Manager
- Annual leave: 20 days per year apart from bank/public holidays
