The Pyranha Backband Strap Only Non-Ratchet Loop Fitting – Type 2 is a robust and reliable replacement strap designed to restore comfort, support, and adjustability to your kayak backrest system. Crafted from climbing-grade webbing with reinforced bartack stitching, it is built to endure heavy use and demanding paddling conditions.

Featuring a corrosion-resistant anodised speed buckle, similar to those found in climbing harnesses, it allows for smooth, secure, and precise adjustment. The addition of a rubberised pull tab makes tightening quick and easy, even in wet conditions.

This Type 2 version comes with a loop attachment, making it suitable for backrest setups that require loop fittings. Compatible with most Pyranha kayak systems, it serves as an excellent replacement for worn or damaged straps.
