Dometic Xtreme CCX189 Control Cable Mercury/Mercruiser

Premium Dometic (SeaStar Solutions) Xtreme control cable designed as a direct drop-in replacement for Mercury Gen II (4000 series) control systems.

Built specifically for Mercury, MerCruiser, and Mariner engines using 2003 and newer Gen II controls, this cable features Dometic’s patented splined core technology for exceptionally smooth throttle and shift operation with minimal lost motion — even on long or complex cable runs. The heavy-duty black HDPE outer jacket offers excellent resistance to UV, salt water, oil, gasoline, and abrasion.

Note: Not compatible with older Mercury Gen I / 600A style controls (use CCX179 series instead). Available in multiple lengths. Measure your existing cable tip-to-tip and round up to the next foot for the correct size.
