Description
Epifanes Wood finish Gloss and Wood finish Matte with UV Filter are clear wood finishes designed for interior and exterior applications. Wood finish Gloss is a high-gloss, varnish-like finish especially suited for oily and resinous tropical woods, American pine, teak, iroco, and other oily or resinous woods. Wood finish Matte is a clear satin finish based on urethane/alkyd resin and tung oil, providing a rich matte finish for fine woodwork such as teak and iroco.

- Can be used as an alternative to continuous maintenance of impregnating wood oil systems
- Up to five coats of Woodfinish Gloss allow the wood to breathe
- Further build-up will close the wood
- Suitable for new work on bare solid wood and plywood
- Suitable for interior and exterior woodwork above the waterline
- Suitable for maintenance of intact existing one- and two-component varnishes
- Provides protection against alcohol and other aggressive household chemicals
- Woodfinish Matte can be applied as a finish coat over several build-up coats of Woodfinish Gloss or Epifanes Clear Gloss Varnish
