Description
The Garmin 1022XSV GPSmap comes with a diagonal 10" colour screen that can be mounted on a dash or flush. The Garmin 1022 includes all the standard Garmin GPS features such as high waterproofing (IPX7), World Basemaps (Marine Charts sold separately), and a high-sensitivity internal GPS antenna. Accepts a transducer (12-pin); however, the box does contain a 12-to-8-pin adapter suitable for Garmin Transducers. 2 extra SD card slots are included for extra storage and maps. Also includes Garmin Sonar, SideVu, and Auto Guidance capability.

Yes. There is a built-in GPS and GLONASS high sensitivity receiver that enables tracking and saving waypoints with the aid of a GPS antenna.
2. Does this unit come with a transducer, and do I need one?
A transducer is not included in the box. A transducer is only required if you want to use the built-in CHIRP, ClearVü, and SideVü sonar capabilities. The unit features a 12-pin port and includes a 12-to-8-pin adapter cable to connect compatible Garmin 8-pin transducers.
3. Are there marine charts installed?
It comes with a worldwide base map only. More detailed marine charts like BlueChart can be purchased separately.
4. Is it possible to connect Garmin radar to it?
Yes. You can use the unit together with Garmin marine radar.
