The Garmin 1222XSV GPSmap comes with a diagonal 12" colour screen that can be mounted on a dash or flush. The Garmin 1222 includes all the standard Garmin GPS features such as high waterproofing (IP67), World Basemaps (Marine Charts sold separately), and a high-sensitivity internal GPS antenna. Accepts Transducer (12 Pin); however, the box does contain a 12-to-8-pin adapter suitable for Garmin Transducers. 2 extra SD card slots are included for extra storage and maps. Also includes Garmin Sonar, SideVu, and Auto Guidance capability.

Yes. The GPSMAP 1222XSV is equipped with a large 12-inch colour screen, keys and mounting options which suit larger vessels perfectly.

2. Does the GPSMAP 1222XSV have GPS and world maps?

Yes. It is equipped with a highly sensitive 10 Hz GPS/GLONASS receiver and has a world map on board. There are also additional marine maps which can be purchased separately.

3. Does the GPSMAP 1222XSV work with the sonar and SideVü?

Yes. It has built-in CHIRP sonar and SideVü for accurate fish finding and mapping of the underwater terrain. Compatible transducers can be connected to the unit.

4. Can I connect radar and other Garmin marine products?

Yes. Garmin GPSMAP 1222XSV is designed to be used with Garmin marine radar and has two Garmin Marine Network ports for connecting additional equipment.

Yes. Two microSD card slots allow adding extra storage space and charts, and the 12-pin transducer connector allows connecting Garmin transducers using a 12-to-8-pin adapter.
