Designed for detailed imaging at castable distances, it delivers up to 50% more detail and 20% higher resolution than the previous generation, with fewer sonar artefacts and smoother images.Integrated image stabilization helps maintain a clear sonar picture as the boat moves, while improved stitching creates cleaner, more consistent views. In freshwater, the LVS42HD can track the bottom at distances of up to 125 ft (38 m).Unlike earlier Live Scope systems, the LVS42HD connects directly to a compatible Garmin chart plotter and power supply, eliminating the need for a separate sonar black box.
