Description
Mastervolt AGM batteries are designed to provide dependable power in demanding marine and mobile installations. In AGM batteries, the electrolyte is absorbed within glass-fiber separators. This sealed construction makes the batteries maintenance-free and prevents normal electrolyte leakage. Because AGM batteries produce minimal gas during normal operation, they can be installed in locations where conventional flooded lead-acid batteries may not be suitable. Their low internal resistance enables efficient charging and supports applications requiring high discharge currents. This makes the range suitable for domestic service banks as well as equipment such as inverters, bow thrusters, anchor windlasses and other high-load DC systems. The range includes compact 12V batteries for smaller electrical systems, larger-capacity models for substantial domestic banks and 6V batteries suitable for building high-capacity series-connected battery banks. Select the required voltage and capacity from the available options.

Important Selection Information
Always select a battery that matches the voltage, required usable capacity, available installation space and charging equipment of your system.
Batteries connected within the same bank should be:
- The same model and capacity
- The same battery technology
- Of a similar age and condition
- Connected using correctly sized and balanced cabling
When using the 6V models in a 12V system, two identical 6V batteries must be connected in series. Additional series pairs can then be connected in parallel when greater capacity is required. Use a charger or inverter/charger with a charging profile suitable for AGM lead-acid batteries.
Delivery Information
Battery delivery surcharge: Due to their weight and transport requirements, batteries are shipped by pallet. A €75 pallet delivery surcharge applies when delivery is selected. Collection is also available from selected CH Marine stores.
