Plastimo Plastic Solar Vent - 216mm Overall Diameter

Plastimo Plastic Solar Vent is suitable for use on boats, caravans, campervans, trucks, horseboxes, cabins etc. It is totally self contained and does not require any external power source.

The solar powered fan will provide positive ventilation in sunny and bright cloudy conditions, but is unlikely to operate in very overcast conditions. The fan extracts from inside the cabin and expels air to the outside, However, an opposite handed fan blade is also provided which can be fitted by the user to reverse the direction of airflow. Thus the unit can also be installed to deliver fresh air into the cabin. The plastic cover is designed to be flush fitting to the mounting surface, so in the case of boats and yachts, ropes cannot snag if being passed over it.
