How to Identify the Right Cylinder

Check the manufacturer’s label inside the lifejacket — Open the lifejacket and locate the technical/specifications label (usually near the inflation mechanism or on an internal pocket). It will clearly state the required CO₂ cylinder size (e.g., 24g, 33g, 38g) and often the compatible re-arming kit.
Inspect the current cylinder — If one is installed, note the gram weight stamped on it and any model markings. Also check the thread size (most common are 1/2" or 3/8"), as this must match for a secure fit.
