Built for extreme temps
Crafted with the thickest insulation, this sock is ideal for extremely cold and wet conditions where thermal retention is imperative. Using a three-layer bonded construction, a 100% waterproof hydrophilic membrane is sandwiched between a premium Merino wool interior for warmth and a durable nylon exterior with 4-way stretch lending to great fit and wearability.

Sealskinz Extreme Cold Weather socks are designed with warmth in mind. Using the finest Merino wool, there is an added layer of terry-loop stitching and padding at the ankle. This loop stitching actually traps heat within the air pockets keeping you warmer when you're in the most extreme weather conditions.

Particularly noteworthy is the unmatched breathability of the hydrophilic waterproof membrane to release perspiration steam and warm air from inside the sock. This creates a high level of comfort for the wearer, even while performing strenuous and aerobic activities, while also preventing rain, mud, and sand from getting inside the sock.
