A three-layer bonded construction forms the core of the design. At its centre is a 100% waterproof hydrophilic membrane that blocks external water while actively moving internal moisture away from the skin. This is paired with a thick Merino wool inner layer for insulation and a tough, stretch nylon outer for durability and secure fit. The result is a sock that performs reliably in extreme environments without feeling bulky or restrictive. Whether worn during cold-weather hiking, fishing, cycling, running, or long hours outdoors, the Stanfield sock maintains thermal performance even during stream crossings, standing water, and prolonged wet conditions.
