The Probox Spirit range of 12V deep cycle batteries provides dependable power for marine, leisure and other demanding applications. Available in capacities from 60Ah to 180Ah, the range makes it easy to select the correct battery for your available installation space and onboard power requirements.

Battery Collection & Delivery

All batteries are transported by pallet due to their size, weight and hazardous-goods classification. A pallet delivery surcharge will therefore apply when delivery to an address is selected. Collection from a CH Marine store is free of charge Batteries can only be delivered within the Republic of Ireland. We do not ship batteries outside Ireland.

Designed for Marine and Leisure Use

Unlike a conventional starter battery, a deep cycle battery is designed to be repeatedly discharged while supplying power to onboard equipment. Probox Spirit batteries are suitable for applications such as marine electronics, navigation lights, pumps and other domestic electrical loads. The batteries feature a patented liquid-gas separator designed to minimize acid leakage and reduce the risk of explosion. Their strong polypropylene casing, heat-sealed cover and vibration-resistant construction make them particularly well suited to marine environments.

Selecting the Correct Battery

Before ordering, check the required capacity, available battery-compartment dimensions and terminal arrangement. Battery capacity should be selected according to the expected electrical load and required operating time. For engine starting or high-current equipment, always confirm the required cranking-current rating before purchase. Please contact CH Marine if you need help selecting the correct battery.

Note: These are conventional lead-acid batteries. They must be installed securely, kept upright and used in a suitably ventilated location. Always use correctly rated cables, terminals and over-current protection.
