Description
Sowester Stainless Steel Rigging Screw, 20mm, is a heavy-duty closed-body turnbuckle for tensioning standing rigging, stays, guard wires and other wire runs on boats and coastal fittings.
Made from AISI 316 marine-grade stainless steel, it resists saltwater corrosion and pitting better than general-purpose grades. The polished closed barrel protects the threads, and opposite-handed ends let you take up or ease tension by turning the body only, so the wire and fittings do not twist. Lock nuts hold the setting once the tension is correct.
